Meet Our Attorney
David Mitchell earned his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland. Prior to that, he attended college in Southern California, where he majored in philosophy. Currently, his practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. He also assists clients with business formation and real estate transaction matters.
Attorney Dean C. Werst practiced law for over 50 years in the Portland metro area. Mr. Werst retired in 2019. Attorney David Mitchell continues to serve many of Mr. Werst’s former clients.
